A guide to your next move.
Welcome to Relaxed Spider
A few details help explain this feature. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs. Relaxed Spider on yuanyeong.com permits stock deals while columns are empty. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns.
Deal into empty columns
The following details apply here. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant.
Read the opening
Keep these points in mind. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up.
Descending rank placement
A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement.
Follow one suit
Here are the details for this mode. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column.
Use empty columns thoughtfully
Here are the details for this mode. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds.
Bring in another row
You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations.
Collect matching runs
Keep these points in mind. Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column.
Try another decision
The following details apply here. New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt. Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win.
Separate variant progress
Each relaxed suit setting has its own current local game. My Statistics displays relaxed starts and wins in separate rows. Privacy & Cookie Settings lets you turn saving off or clear local records. Relaxed Spider keeps its saved games separate from standard Spider when saving is enabled.
