A number for your shuffle

Here are the details for this mode. Numbered Deals lets you choose a reproducible Spider starting layout on yuanyeong.com. Select one suit, two suits or four suits before loading the deal. The number and suit setting together identify the starting shuffle. Enter a whole deal number between 1 and 4294967295.

Load a chosen number

The following details apply here. An active unfinished game asks for confirmation before loading another selection. The Deal number field accepts positive whole numbers within the displayed range. Load deal applies the number and suit setting in the controls. Loading a different number can replace progress saved for the same mode and suit setting.

Number and suits belong together

Here are the details for this mode. Changing the suit setting changes the deck used to create the deal. A deal number identifies a starting layout rather than a saved position halfway through play. Move choices after the opening are entirely up to the player. The same deal number and suit setting produce the same opening cards with this game's shuffle algorithm.

Copy the deal link

Copy deal link includes the selected number and suit setting in the page's link fragment. A shared numbered link opens the corresponding starting deal or matching local progress. Sharing a link does not transfer another player's move history or statistics. When automatic copying is unavailable, the game displays a selectable link field.

Collect eight sequences

The following details apply here. A qualifying face-up run is removed automatically. Win by completing eight same-suit King-to-Ace sequences. A full descending sequence containing different suits stays on the tableau. Numbered Spider uses 104 cards arranged in ten columns with a stock pile.

Keep movable groups together

A few details help explain this feature. A descending same-suit group can move together as one unit. The destination card may belong to another suit in standard Spider. An exposed card can move onto a card exactly one rank higher. Any legal movable group may enter an empty column.

The stock requirement

The following details apply here. Undo can restore the position before a stock deal while the snapshot is available. Each stock deal adds one card to each of the ten columns. Five stock deals are available at the beginning of a numbered game. Fill every empty column before using the stock.

Explore one layout

Keep these points in mind. Replay resets the current number to its original shuffle. The current number remains visible beside the game controls. Comparing different openings on one number can help you study your own decisions. New game chooses another deal number for the current suit setting.

No promise for every number

A few details help explain this feature. Numbered shuffles are not advertised as guaranteed winnable. Winning Deals provides a separate collection with verified legal solutions. The Hint button reports legal options rather than solving the whole game. Some choices can make a position harder even when another line might succeed.

Save your numbered game

Keep these points in mind. With saving enabled, Numbered Deals keeps a current game for each suit setting in this browser. My Statistics lists numbered starts and wins separately from ordinary Spider games. Use Privacy & Cookie Settings to manage or clear local records on this domain. A matching saved game resumes when you revisit its number.
